When I became disabled I made the biggest mistake I could have made by not hiring an attorney. Cliff handled multiple claims for me with two insurance carriers. One was an individual LTD policy that he got the carrier to pay right away. The other was an extremely difficult and complicated ERISA STD and LTD case. Even though there was extensive medical history, repeated ER visits, and doctor records, the insurance company denied my claims. Cliff did not back down, and in the end, we reached a settlement.
