For over nine years, Attorney Swift was a Prosecuting Attorney for the Pennsylvania Department of State, Bureau of Professional & Occupational Affairs. In that capacity, Attorney Swift was responsible for prosecuting physicians, osteopathic physicians, veterinarians, and other professionals for violations of licensing laws. He was one of a handful of attorneys assigned to prosecute particularly complex licensing matters, including cases involving professional misconduct, sexual misconduct, improper prescribing and diversion matters.
